3.IF power supply cabinet
Intermediate frequency power supply adopts the rectifier series form, the less harmonic content, good flow characteristics.The two main patent technology is: double isolation optical controlling rectifier pulse extension circuit (patent no. : 201420280539.2) and the expansion of double isolation optical controlling rectifier pulse circuit (patent no. : 201410232415.1).
The main protection function:★Main circuit protection against phase lack and phase fault, three-phase imbalance;★Rectifier bridge protection against work imbalance;★Power grid protection against too low voltage;★Perfect and reliable current limiting (intercepting), pressure limiting (section pressure) protection;★Protection against over current -starting when over current setting value at any time★Protection against over voltage - starting when over voltage setting value at any time★Protection against control of the power supply too low voltage;★Protection against too low frequency;★With corresponding fault display function.The IF power supply control circuits adopts fully integrated circuits, of which main patented technologie is: An active high voltage electronic transformer (patent number:201420280467.1/201410232377.X).
The circuit breaker used in the power cabinet is a vacuum circuit breaker produced by famous manufacturers in China,which ompletely solves the problem of arc pulling and ignition of ordinary air circuit breaker. The circulating water in the power cabinet is connected with carbon-free hose. Compared with the ordinary reinforced water pipe, it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and better winding resistance, which greatly increases its service life.
The inductor used in intermediate frequency power supply is pouring type, although this kind of inductor has been widely used, but the technology is our company's first, its patent is: one intermediate frequency power supply with pouring type inductor (patent number:20142804281.1) and one intermediate frequency power supply with pouring type inductor (patent number:201410232308.9).
The copper bar in the power cabinet is T2, which is passivated by sandblasting.
The reactor adopts oil-immersed dry type reactor, its biggest characteristic is that the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced, and the reactor is maintenance-free, and the temperature and noise in the power supply workshop are obviously reduced. The patents are: a large capacity reactor consisting of multiple coils of insulating copper skins (Patent No.201220092392.5)
The compensation capacitor cabinet is assembled with the electric capacitor produced by the domestic famous capacitor manufacturers. The electric capacitor has the characteristics of large capacity, low dielectric loss, small volume, less heat, safe and reliable. The water-cooled busbar used in the compensating capacitor cabinet is also a T2 copper-conducting row, and the cooling water pipe on it is extruded by one body when the busbar is made, which makes the cooling effect stronger.
4.Furnace construction
The intermediate frequency induction smelting furnace adopts the open structure yoke furnace, the furnace body is composed of the furnace fixed frame, the induction coil, the yoke, the tilting furnace hydraulic system, the water cooling cable .
The induction coil is made by step winding method, this winding method is our company's patent technology, the invention patent name is: high power coreless induction smelting furnace coil winding method (patent number:201410229369.X). The induction coil copper pipe is made of high purity oxygen free copper .Advanced winding method combined with high conductivity copper tube and silver welding at the butt ensures the high energy saving of the induction coil.
After a series of treatments such as sandblasting passivation, the induction coil is sprayed three times with high temperature insulating paint imported from Germany, which completely solves the problem of arc striking between the turns of traditional induction coil.The yoke is made of high magnetic conductivity cold rolled silicon steel sheet. silicon steel sheet thickness 0.3mm. The flux density is designed below 6000 gauss. The magnetic yoke adopts the shape rodless structure, and its internal arc surface has the same radians as the outer circle of the induction coil, which makes the yoke close to the outer side of the induction coil, maximizes the magnetic field of the outward divergence of the constrained coil, and reduces the magnetic resistance of the external magnetic circuit. The rodless structure effectively increases the magnetic conductance cross section .The yoke is clamped by 304 stainless steel plates and 304 stainless steel clamps on both sides and fixed by welding. The stainless steel splint increases the oral cavity sink design effectively contains the yoke overheating phenomenon, its sink tube can withstand 0.8 MPA water pressure, no leakage within 15 min.
Hydraulic station is a hydraulic system composed of box, hydraulic pump, various valves and pressure instruments. The functions of tipping, stopping and reset of furnace body are realized by remote control operation.
